Jonnardi, Jamaludin, Sukimto & Rekan Public Accountant Firm (JJS), formerly Jamaludin, Ardi, Sukimto & Rekan (JAS), was established on January 27, 2009 by Dr. Jonnardi Sutan, MM., Ak., CA., CPA., CFI., Dr. Jamaludin Iskak Hafidz, M.Si., Ak., CA., CPA., CFI., CACP., ASEAN CPA, and Drs. Sukimto Sjamsuli, Ak., BKP., CPA.

JJS was formed through the merger of Aria & Jonnardi Public Accountant Firm (2003), Jamaludin Iskak Public Accountant Firm (2004), and Sukimto Sjamsuli Public Accountant Firm (2003). On August 8, 2025, the firm officially changed its name from JAS to JJS, reflecting its commitment to continuous innovation, growth, and professional excellence.

JJS is registered with the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Religious Affairs, Directorate General of Taxes (DJP), Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK), The Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia (BPK), the Indonesian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (IAPI), and the Institute of Indonesia Chartered Accountants (IAI). Its Partners are licensed to provide services in the Capital Market, Banking, and Non-Bank Financial Industry under the OJK, and are certified by BPK as well as holding the Certified Financial Investigator (CFI) designation.

The Foundation

Establishment of three independent public accounting firms: KAP Aria & Jonnardi (2003), KAP Sukimto Sjamsuli (2003), and KAP Jamaludin Iskak (2004), laying the foundation for future growth and collaboration.

Strategic Merger

KAP Aria & Jonnardi, KAP Jamaludin Iskak, and KAP Sukimto Sjamsuli merged to form KAP Jamaludin, Aria, Sukimto & Rekan, combining expertise and strengthening professional capabilities.

2012

Rebranding & First Branch Expansion

As part of its long-term growth strategy, the firm was renamed KAP Jamaludin, Ardi, Sukimto & Rekan. In the same year, the firm opened its first branch office in Batam, marking the beginning of its regional expansion.

International Affiliation & Jakarta Expansion

The firm became officially affiliated with Audittrust International – Germany, strengthening its global network. During the same year, it opened its second branch office in South Jakarta.

A New Identity for the Future

To reinforce its commitment to continuous quality improvement and professional excellence, the firm adopted its new name: KAP Jonnardi, Jamaludin, Sukimto & Rekan (Affiliated with Audittrust International – Germany).
